Our role is to introduce our clients directly to the developers on completion of the legally required due dilligence.
Our Partners are leading property developers in South Cyprus. The product range available to My Tranquillity clients means the varied and diverse needs of each client can be fulfilled from as little as 130,000euro. As we are not a real estate agent, our prices are fixed.
Our fees are paid by our Partners for the required preparatory work pre purchase. Part of our all inclusive service allows us to spend time sourcing the right new build property for our clients, with our Partners, based on their needs and budget.
The procurement of chosen property will be in line with all regulatory and legal requirements for the relevant area. The only costs our clients incur are those associated with the property purchase itself, and those associated with regulatory and legal requirements of that purchase.
What many prosepctive purchasers of new build property do not realise is the catalogue price of property includes the costs to pay real estate agent fees. As My Tranquillity is not a real estate agent, those fees become savings passed directly on to our clients.

The lowest price guarantee is applied on completion of the client consultation with our Head of Client Services either in person or online. There are strict legal requirements that must be fulfilled before a property can be purchased in Cyprus. Once these requirements are satisfied, the price reduction is calculated and guaranteed.
At My Tranquillity, all property purchase documentation is contained within our secure client portal which is accessible by our partners.
Following the online consultations with our Head of Client Services and Partners, we arrange a free of charge viewing trip to commission your purchase over a 3 day period (T+C's apply).
These viewing trips can be extended with our approved travel hosts to celebrate your purchase.
